Breakfast. Visit to the Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal at 140 Rue du Bac in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, with the celebration of Holy Mass. Visit to the Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris and to Sainte-Chapelle. Included lunch at a restaurant in the Latin Quarter. Panoramic motorcoach tour of Paris — the Place de la Concorde with its Egyptian obelisk brought from Luxor in 1836; the Champs-Élysées; the Arc de Triomphe, where the Eternal Flame burns above the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier; the Grand Palais; and the Opéra Garnier district with its grand Haussmannian boulevards. Free time and free dinner. Overnight accommodation. (B,L)

Panoramic tour continues through central Paris: the exterior of the Louvre Palace with its glass pyramid, and the Tuileries Gardens. Guided walk through the Champ de Mars, the Trocadéro, and the streets of Passy. Free afternoon and free dinner. Overnight accommodation. (B)

The town and hotel will be confirmed in writing. (B,D)

Breakfast. Departure by motorcoach toward Versailles. Visit to the Palace of Versailles, including the Royal Chapel, a Baroque jewel completed in 1710 where the court attended daily Mass; the Grand Apartments of the King and Queen; and the Hall of Mirrors, a 240-foot gallery of 357 mirrors facing the gardens, where the German Empire was proclaimed in 1871 and the treaty ending the First World War was signed in 1919. 10 DAYS/ 8 NIGHTS | Start From :$4,998
Valid Till: April 1 – 10, 2027

GROUP LEADERS:

Group leaders and those covered by earned tour credits must register 105 days prior to the tour or more. If they are not registered by the 105-day deadline, they will be subject to additional late fees. Agents accompanying the tour must also register by the 105-day deadline.

BASIC TOUR ARRANGEMENT PRICING BASIS:

Confirmed touring and hotel schedules will be sent approximately 30 days before departure. Your tour passenger list is available at any time and can be emailed to your office on request. Dietary requests must be submitted in writing and are not guaranteed. Gratuities to restaurant staff and hotel porters are included. Tips for the guide and driver are not included; the suggested amount is $6.00 per person per day to the guide and $3.00 per person per day to the driver, presented at the end of the tour.

ROOMING:

316 Journeys will submit a rooming list 105 days prior to departure. Passengers without a roommate will be assessed the single room supplement. Pricing for third and fourth occupancy in a room is available on request at some but not all hotels. Suite and upgraded room pricing is available on request.

INCLUDED MEALS:

Breakfast daily and other meals as listed in the itinerary, including the farewell dinner in Paris.

TOURING AND HOTELS:

Proposed hotels are named in the Services Included section, four-star throughout with a single three-star night in the Lisieux area, or similar. Properties are held subject to your confirmation and final availability. Confirmed touring and hotel schedules will be sent approximately 30 days prior to departure.

DEVIATIONS:

All deviations from the tour arrangements listed in this contract must be submitted in writing and approved by 316 Journeys, and are subject to a per-person assessment fee for each change plus any additional hotel, airline, entrance, bus, guide, or operator fees.

LAND/GROUND ONLY BOOKINGS:

Passengers not purchasing air through 316 Journeys must adhere to and sign the Ground Only letter agreement. Airport transfers are not included in Land/Ground Only selling prices.

CHANGES:

All requests for changes must be submitted in writing and approved by 316 Journeys. Changes in tour arrangements or optional pre- or post-tour extensions may be made up to 105 days prior to departure without penalty, unless tickets have been written or deposits have been paid and penalties are imposed by airlines or local operators. Changes may require signing an addendum to this agreement or a new agreement. Name changes are not permitted.

ITINERARY CHANGES:

All touring is subject to change at the discretion of the local operator. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this document. While you will see all the sites listed, the order of sites and days may be altered to accommodate changes in airline schedules, hotel schedules, or local conditions. If itinerary changes necessitate additional overnights, a minimum charge of $125 per night per person in a double room, or $175 per night in a single room, will apply. Meals for extra nights are not included.

BAGGAGE:

Due to limited motorcoach capacity, we request that each pilgrim carry one suitcase plus one carry-on bag. Garment bags cannot be handled. Additional baggage is subject to a supplemental charge. Porterage for one normal-sized suitcase is included at overseas airports and hotels. Baggage insurance is recommended.

PASSPORT INFORMATION:

Names provided must match the passenger’s passport exactly. If submitted names do not match, costly name-change fees may be incurred, which the group leader is responsible for collecting and submitting. Passports should not expire for at least 6 months from the return date. Passport information and a scan or photocopy of the photo page must be submitted no later than 105 days prior to travel. If passport information is not received 105 days prior to travel, passengers will be responsible for possible V.A.T. taxes imposed by the hotels.

PRICE INCREASES:

All prices quoted in this document are subject to change if not paid in full, due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge increases, government tax and fee increases, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified immediately upon discovery of an increase and will have the option of paying the difference or cancelling with full refund.

ABILITY TO TRAVEL:

Passengers registering for the pilgrimage accept responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour. Because many of the sites are not accessible to the physically challenged, those needing oxygen, wheelchairs, or other ambulatory assistance will find the tour extremely limiting. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke travel to anyone who is, in our sole judgment, incapable of group travel without causing undue demands upon staff or other participants. Accessible rooms are limited and subject to confirmation after written request.

CHILDREN:

316 Journeys does not allow children younger than 13. Children aged 13 or younger may travel only with a private group and written approval from the group leader. Anyone under 18 must travel with a parent or legal guardian. There are no discounts or special rates for children.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

$500.00 per person is due at the time of registration, preferably by September 15 2026. $1,500.00 per person is due by November 1, 2026. Final payment for the tour arrangements is due within 105 days before departure — December 17, 2026. A reminder will be provided to each registered passenger that payment should be made by December 10, 2026. Unpaid accounts will be cancelled and cancellation fees will be applied. Travel protection premiums must be paid in addition to the deposits and in advance of the final payment for coverage to be in effect.

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED:

316 Journeys accepts business or certified checks, ACH bank transfer, and Visa, MasterCard and Discover for deposits and final payments on all tour programs. Checks and credit card payments will not be accepted from 105 days prior to departure; during that period only bank or cashier’s checks will be accepted for outstanding payments.

REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED 115 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE OR LESS:

We welcome registrations received 115 days prior to departure or less. These registrations may incur an additional fee based on airline ticket and hotel availability. Additional fees will be advised upon registration.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% of cancellation fees are covered by the optional Travel Protection Program, provided the premium has been paid by the final payment date and the reason for cancellation is insurable. Passengers who do not take travel protection should be aware of the following penalties. From the day of registration to 105 days before departure, a $100 non-refundable administrative fee plus any airline fees will be charged. Thereafter, any airline penalties and a single room supplement (if the cancellation forces a roommate into a single) will be charged, plus the following:
● 104–60 days prior — $400 per person
● 59–45 days prior — $600 per person
● 44–31 days prior — 40% of total tour package cost
● 30–0 days prior — 100% of the total program cost All cancellations must be submitted in writing. On or after the day of departure, no refund will be paid for services not used.
